Cooper Center, skatepark closed Friday
Thursday, September 10, 2009 at 10:14AM The Department of Parks and Recreation announces the short closure of Cooper Center and the adjoining Skatepark located on Wright Road in Volcano from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, September 11, due to a scheduled maintenance power outage by HELCO. The department apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
